General Agreement

Welcome to the Cascade Sanctuary. These Terms of Play constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and Flow State Social Entertainment NZ Ltd. By accessing Play The Flow, launching the Cascade Reels, spinning the Vortex Wheel, or interacting with any element of our ecosystem, you unequivocally agree to adhere to these terms. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you must immediately cease all interactions with the platform.

We designed this platform as a peaceful, aesthetic retreat. The rules laid out below are intended to maintain the integrity of our simulated social casino, ensuring a fair, serene, and legally compliant environment for all participants globally.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions (18+)

Access to Play The Flow is strictly prohibited to any individual under the age of eighteen (18) years, or the legal age of majority in your residing jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By utilizing our guest play functionality or registering an account, you actively warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our age-gating mechanisms are enforced strictly, and any attempt to circumvent these protections constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of simulated social casino mechanics complies with the local laws of the territory from which you access the site.

Social Casino Nature (No Real Money)

It is paramount to understand the core nature of this application: Play The Flow operates exclusively as a free-to-play social entertainment environment. Under no circumstances does this platform facilitate real-money gambling. You cannot deposit real currency to play, nor can any outcomes within the games result in real-world financial payouts, prizes, or tangible rewards.

Success in our virtual games—whether through the Fluid Combo Meter or the Vortex Wheel—does not imply or guarantee future success in real-money gambling arenas. The mechanics herein are calibrated purely for prolonged entertainment and rhythmic progression.

Aura Drops Virtual Economy Rules

The entirety of the platform's interactions relies on a virtual currency designated as "Aura Drops" (AURD). Aura Drops are awarded freely through daily logins, community events, and in-game achievements. They exist solely as digital markers within our closed database to track your Zen Milestones.

Aura Drops possess absolutely zero monetary value. They are not property, they cannot be transferred between accounts, and they cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for fiat currency or cryptocurrency. Flow State Social Entertainment reserves the right to modify, balance, or reset Aura Drop values at any time to preserve the integrity of the simulated economy.

Account Registration & Security

While the platform accommodates guest play, users may elect to upgrade to a registered profile to save progression and secure their virtual balance. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

Flow State Social Entertainment accepts no liability for the loss of Aura Drops or Zen Milestones resulting from unauthorized access to your device or compromised passwords. If you suspect your account has been breached, you must notify our support team immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

To preserve the harmony of the Sanctuary, you agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts the platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: utilizing automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools to interact with the games; attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the random number generators governing the slot and wheel outcomes; harassing other members of the community; or misrepresenting the platform as a real-money gambling operation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All visual assets, lore, audio tracks, UI components, and underlying source code encompassing Play The Flow—including the imagery of the Golden Lotus, Sapphire Koi, and the Cascade Reels—are the exclusive intellectual property of Flow State Social Entertainment NZ Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the site for personal entertainment. No rights are granted for commercial reproduction or distribution of our assets.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted flow of the service. In no event shall Flow State Social Entertainment NZ Ltd., its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to the loss of digital progress or virtual currency.

Governing Law (New Zealand)

These Terms of Play shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, or your use of the social casino platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand.
